It's rare that I have any books in my "mailbox". I don't bother with the library anymore, and I can't afford to be buying books all the time...That said, I did acquire two new ones this week. I was going to start Wondrous Strange, but then I just had to pick up The Hollow. I'm tired of being the last person to read a book! I started it on Thursday evening. The writing is nice... very evocative.
While I was in the bookstore, another cover (or, rather, the title) caught my eye. I'd heard of Suzanne Weyn's Reincarnation before (it's from 2008) but I haven't really read many reviews of it. But the story sounded intriguing, so I thought I'd give it a try.
So now I've got three books in my reading pile that I want to get through before October when Hush, Hush is released. Talk about being the last person to read a book! Oh, well.What was in your "mailbox" this week?
