Booking Through Thursday asks:
What’s the most informative book you’ve read recently?
I do read non-fiction, but I haven't read much in a while. The last couple of non-fiction books I read were in the spirituality/metaphysical realm, but they didn't really add much to my knowledge on the subject, so I don't know if I'd really call them "informative".
One recent read that really made an impression on me, though, was a book called The Fall by Steve Taylor. It was one of the most fascinating books I've ever read. If the sorts of issues discussed in this book had been covered in history class... well, history class would have been a lot more interesting.
(The cover pictured is an earlier edition; that's the one I have. Despite the current cover that you can see on Amazon, the book has nothing to do with Twilight.)
