Create A Cover

I saw this over at The Story Siren and I had to give it a go. Any excuse to play with Photoshop, right?

1 – Go to “Fake Name Generator” or click

The name that appears is your author name.

2 – Go to “Random Word Generator” or click

The word listed under “Random Verb” is your title.

3 – Go to “FlickrCC” or click

Type your title into the search box. The first photo that contains a person is your cover.

4 – Use Photoshop, Picnik, or similar to put it all together. Be sure to crop and/or zoom in.

5 – Post it to your site along with this text.

And here's what I came up with:

If anyone wants to tell me what it's about, I'd be most obliged. I'm sure I have no idea...

  1. I've seen this before. It's such fun! I just got:
    Marana Sepúlveda Almonte presents Understand.

  2. I like your cover! Has a science fiction vibe to it. I like the font you used for the title as well. Great job!

    Here's mine

  3. Haha! I love it! Squat....hmmm it's about alien "squatters" who survive in the womb of unsuspecting women?
