Booking Through Thursday (40)

Booking Through Thursday asks:

How much do you actually read? Few of us get as much time as we’d really LIKE for reading, but do as much as we can, so... how many books do you read? How many hours a day?

I really don't spend a lot of time reading fiction.  Maybe a couple of hours a day?  I guess that's why I don't get through very many novels these days.  In the past, I'd get through a book in a day or two; now, I'm lucky if I get through one in a week.

How much do you read?  Tell me in the comments!

  1. This year the most I read was 3-4 books a week. The slowest took me about a month, but there were reasons. It really depends on the book for how fast I read it and how often.

    1. That's very true. Sometimes the books I'm not really enjoying seem to take forever to get through!

  2. I'm not sure of the hours, because it fluctuates from day to day. When I'm on break, like now, I can spend nearly an entire day reading if it suits me. Or perhaps two hours during the day and two at night.

During hectic uni times, however, I can pretty much only read at night for maybe an hour.

But I have a few long, relaxing months ahead of me where I will read as much as I want/can!

    1. Those times when you can read as much as you like are always nice!
